On Friday, June 19th, 2015, the UF Computing Help Desk will no longer provide Charged Laptop Services. However, they will still provide basic consulting and diagnosing for laptops and mobile devices via their phone support option.
The Division of Student Affairs IT Assistance team will continue to provide the following services for on-campus residents:
- Virus Removal
- Operating System Reformats and Upgrades
- Software Installation
- Encryption Compliance
Residential Support, a service provided to on-campus residents and their guests who live with UF Housing and Residence Education, is open 9:30am – 7:30pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays and university closures on the ground floor of the Beaty East residence hall.
