If you have 2 violations in 1 week, we will work with you to run appropriate scans
If you live in Graduate and Family Housing with a wireless router, you will be required to scan all of your devices
In order to regain full access, we will need to review all submitted scans and ensure your device(s) is (are) clean. This may take more than one business day to complete.

Open your anti-virus software and check for definition updates. Ensure that you are using the latest by checking the date of the definitions.
Start a FULL or COMPLETE scan. This may take a few hours depending on performance of computer.
When scan is complete, there may be an option to export or save the results. Please save the file to your desktop
1. If the save or export option is not available, please take a screenshot of the screen showing your computer is clean.
Gather all scan result files or images and follow next step to submit.
